Whilst there are many Email Marketing programs on the market for SME Businesses to use - I can't go past Constant Contact!

Most programs charge you on the number emails you send - and although it might only be a few cents per email - it can still add (in the last 3 months I sent just under 30 000 emails).

Constant Contact on the other hand charge you a flat monthly fee (as little as US$15) and the fee is based on how big your database is, and not on how many emails you send!
